Muslim history in Wales

What’s happening?  We’re meeting up with a leading Muslim scholar Dr Abdul-Azim Amed from Cardiff University’s School of History, Archaeology and Religion, to discover more about the history of Islam in Wales. Starting with a walk down Bute Street in Cardiff we’ll find out how the history of Muslims in Wales reaches back to the first millennium, and how people of Islamic faith influenced the landscape of South Wales…
